really cheap carpet!
my experience with Carpet King has been one of the best companies I ever worked with.
I decided to buy carpets for my new home. I found their Ad on the newspaper and I just walked in.
One really nice saleperson named Bill Zhao walked up to me and asked if I needed help. After we for awhile, he give me a great deal and told me that the carpets can be installed the next day. Next day, the installers came on time and the sales was there during the entire job to watch over the installation.
By afternoon, everything was done, though there was a dent in a carpet corner, bill said he would replace that part for free. I was really happy. After 2 weeks or so, he even called back to check to see if I was satisfied with my carpet and send me a thank you card.
My experience there was A+++ so go there and definitely ask for Bill. I believe he and another sale are the only ones that are really dedicated to their job and giving their customer great satisfaction prices and services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great service and cheap price!‎
I went to Carpet to buy their leftover carpet (0.59 cent sq.) for my apartment, installation was really quick and the sales Bill helped me out alot. He's really nice and he give me an extra discount. I recommend Carpet King to my friends, and they all said that their experience was great. I guess it all depend on the salesperson then...‎

Poor Service- Carpet King
I recently had Carpet King to installed carpet in my home. The sales Allen told me it would be finished in one day. The total price is $1,600, he wanted me to pay $1,280 and the $320 pay after the job was done. I was so stupid and I paied. Feb. 24, 2008 the job was started. In the afternoon I received a call and was told that the job was fininshed. I was so happy and went to the house. All the doors at carpet area could not open. The molding was broken in some areas and the paint came off. Then the sales came and claimed that it never happened before. In order to save money he told the carpet guy cut all inside doors without even measure and claimed that the furniture wiould cover the damaged molding. Then he scheduled a carpenter to fix two outside doors. When the carpenter came he cut the doors and put two plastice belt on the door and that was it. I had hard time to open and close door. I complained to main office, the guy Wyne challenged me if the contract including fix doors? So I said okay see you in court. Finally they agreed to pay $150 to fix the doors and they would send the carpet guy to fix the carpet. Unfortunately after the carpet guy fix the carpet at door side the carpet on the wall side came out. When I called Alen he either did not answer my call or told me he did not know when the carpet guy could come to do that 10 minutes job after I had waited a whole week. He did not want to do anything about the molding either. He always said that he could do nothing and did not push him. What kind of service, Carpet King?
