wrinkled carpet
I bought Mohawk carpet seven years ago. It was top quality according to my brother-in-law who is a Mohawk employee. However, I have had their installers stretch this carpet four times over the years and it is wrinkling again. It gets very light wear with only two of us living in the house. I have talked to the people in the store in the past and they were not any help. I would expect a reputable dealer to look at the carpet and correct the problem the first time it happened. After a second stretching by the people that laid the carpet, I have had to pay for re-stretching.
