I just purchased a new condo and had Charles come out to clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job and was able to remove multiple stains. I've never had such a quality job done in the last 20 years of having my carpets cleaned. My carpets are light beige, lots of dog pee spots, odor, and my sloppy husband and children. Charles made my carpets look like new, i'll never use anyone else!!!! P.S. My dinning room chairs also look like new, which I thought they would have to replaced or recovered. Now I don't have to. very, very happy customer:)
