Terry and Pam were extremely knowledgable about the details involved in a hardwood floor installation. This was a big project for me, a bit intimidating, but with their assistance the job went off without a hitch. Terry had great recommendations as to the pros and cons of various types of flooring and helped me to make a choice that turned out to be exactly right for my situation. I did some comparison shopping and found prices were competitive. I live somewhat outside of Carousels service area, but they were very accomodating to my needs. In addition to the selection and purchasing assistance, Terry and Pam hooked me up with Bob Foster for my tile ripout and hardwood installation. Bob is professional with a Capital "P". Bob and his team were meticuous about limiting dust from the ripout. I was very impressed with the detail work and how great the floor looks. I guess the problem was with a previous sales rep. Caroline was very helpful, knowledgable and patient and showed me dozens of products over many visits to the store. I had always thought it was an expensive place but after doing comparisons with them and Lumber Liquidators, Hernandez, etc., I found the pricing comparable and reasonable if you're not looking for dirt cheap $1.50/sf flooring.Fast delivery--it took only 3 days for my flooring to arrive and at a lower-than-expected prices.Only drawback--it would have been good to know that bamboo is hard, but the finish scratches easily‎

Very unprofessional. First approach: we set with Gayle an appointment for my measurements. She shows up 1 day earlier (hopefully we were at home) and doesn't seem to have a clue of what she is measuring. After 1 week I still don't hear anything from her, so I call the office. It turns out that Gayle no longer works with them. So my project gets transfer to another guy. He comes to my home, take new measurements. Three days afterward we go in the shop and request an estimate (but he doesn't want to tell me the price/sqf (?). I request to send at my home some samples and he tells me it will take 2-3 days. The day after I call him again and request another sample in addition to the new ones. Finally after 10 days I've got the first set of samples, but not the last one requested. So I call him again, and I have the impression that he never actually ordered the new sample for me. So he tells me that the warehouse will ship it to me overnight. I can not recommend Carousel Floors because of the really poor sales service experience I had.

I recently used them to install hardwood floors in our living room. While the installation was good, when I went back to get our kitchen done I had a really bad experience with the sales person I was using -- really bad follow-through that ultimately forced me to go to another vendor because they were not able to schedule my job for three weeks even though I had given them two weeks advance notice.

This was very frustrating and the sales person was completely unapologetic -- even though she knew this was pushing our entire kitchen remodel back a number of weeks. I was really left with the impression that unless you are doing a *huge* project (more than $20,000) they are not interested in your business. I would have thought that as a repeat customer that I would have at least been given some attention and courtesy but was not -- this was a big disappointment. Don't waste your time with them - take your business elsewhere.
