Bought a used hot tub from them and they delivered it on New Years Eve so I could have it running for our Party. On New Years I called about a leak and they were out there to fix it the same day. The really bad thing about the problem? There was no leak, my wife opened the drain because she over filled it didnt shut it off all the way. Instead of them making a big deal of it, they just showed me how to close the drain (lol) and wished me a happy new year. No charge! There are NO company's out there like this one. After spending hours on the phone trying to get someone to just come out and give us a quote - we found Carolina Spa Repair Group. My spa guy came out when he said he would and had us up and running in just a few hours. Not only did they complete the repair successfully in one trip but they also followed up. Very professional crew. The reason I am writing this review is because one of the parts they installed failed. My past experience is that a warranty job is put on the back burner. Not so - they had a repair tech out with a new pump within 24 hours and replaced the part at no cost to me! It is now a year later and no problems since. Small companies like this are hard to find. If you don't call them, you are going to regret it. I know - as I have lived in Charleston all of my life and had 4 companies out to condut repairs. (each different - due to their own horror stories) Now the only company that will work on my spas is Carolina Service Group. Thank YOU!

Great attitudes. Scheduled us for 2 weeks out but worked us in early. Professionally dressed. Quoted a little high but actually dropped their price at the end. Not used to that. All in all - good experience. Highly Recommend - especially when it came to them coming back out and re-doing a repair for something they threw in free during the first trip. Good people.‎
