Great staff, loving care
I took my cat to the Carmel Mt. Ranch Vet Hosp. for 12 years. He was a feisty one, and very difficult at the doctors. They always made him as comfortable as possible and never made me feel bad for his antics. The staff is truly loving and caring. When I lost him after 16 years to renal failure, they sent me a condolence card. So sweet.

Of all the vets I had to take my cat to, this was the one place he seemed comfortable . He would typically get so nervous he would lose control of his bowels as soon as he saw the vet's office. After a few visits, even this stopped. He was still very nervous and afraid, but he eventually warmed up to the staff.

For the last four visits I have had to wait for an hour or more. I feel comfortable with the vet and their attention to detail for my animals but the wait is exhausting, your whole day is planned around it because you just don't know when you will leave. I have found a vet since due to the long waits I have had to endure.

they will try to upsell you by Michelle A. at InsiderPages
We are all vulnerable here -- we want the best for our pets. This establishment takes advantage of this. My advice: if they tell you that you need a bunch of tests or vaccinations for your animal, consider getting a second opinion. I have an indoor cat, and they tried to sell me things that are completely unnecessary for an indoor cat. In addition, they are not very punctual with their appointment times and will keep you waiting for a very long time. Furthermore, they argued with me about the age of my cat so that they could try to sell me some additional tests for senior cats (she was 4 years old, and they insisted that she was 7 -- kind of odd). We were clients for several years, and finally after that experience, we found an office that is much better.

Peace of mind by Tara B. at InsiderPages
When we moved from NH we left behind a vet clinic that had loved our dog as their own for 6 years. What a pleasant surprise to find the same care on our first try in our new home. These people care about your pet and you. The first time we took her in for a checkup they were very thorough, the second time we walked in the door (for a boarding drop off) months later, we were greeted by name an welcomed with open arms. Definitely a place i can feel comfortable leaving my dog those few times she must stay behind when we travel

Caring is better by Ian B. at InsiderPages
This hospital really cares about what your animal needs. Their highly trained staff really makes it a pleasant experience for you and your pet. I take my dog here to get his check ups and if he is ever sick. If you have to leave your pat over night, they take great of them. I would recommend this to anyone who loves their pet.
