AWFUL - don't go
Worst service ever. The original pricing they gave me was wrong, and when I got the $200 bill no one had any explanation other than "the operator must have gave you the wrong information." They automatically added features on my glasses I hadn't asked for (for more $$) of course, and recommended expensive contact lenses only. When I went back to request a less expensive lens, they didn't correct my perscription in their database, so my online order was declined. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are the kind of company that makes money by over-charging and slipping in all sorts of pricy details they forget to tell you about. I will never go back. Don't go unless you're prepared to battle with them over everything, and bring your checkbook.
