After owning my car for more than 10 years, I thought it was time to retire it and trade it in for another one. However, the thought of walking into a car dealership made my stomach turn and I delayed purchasing another car for awhile. Then my little car started making a lot of clunking noises that began to cause concern¦it was time. There was a Carmax on Balboa Street that my husband and I often passed and thought we™d give that one a shot. I loved their commercials that sorted out cars according to your preferences.

Well, to my utter amazement, Carmax turned out to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. The price I paid was the price on the sticker no haggling. Customer service was also amazing! The sales representative that assisted us was very professional and helped us understand each step of the process a process that was quite simple and very well structured like a well oiled machine! When the sales process was completed, you we were handed our keys and escorted to our newly purchased car that was just washed and prepped for us. We drove away feeling very comfortable and happy with our purchase. Just when we thought our experience couldn’t get any better, our Carmax sales representative contacted us to see if we are still enjoying our newly purchased car. Wow!

It will be my husband™s turn to purchase another car someday we know where we™ll be headed.
