I have to say I have been a few times to visit my grandma and I believe it is a very nice setup and they always seem to have activities and people moving around, but some of the service is not as great as my family and I expected. Other than that they have just added a new addition in the back that offers 24/7 care and assistance which is great but a little expensive. The Carlton has the nicest first impression ladies at the front desk. The downstairs has the dining center and a large sitting living room type of setup where you can sit and talk or listen to music and do activities. They also have a room where you can cook and do puzzles or arts and crafts. The little one bedrooms studio my grandmas has is perfect for her, it is just enough space but could be a little bit more room in the living room.
