I have brought my family to Dr Carlton since I moved to the area, with the exception of when I had no insurance and thought that going to an unnamed cheap store-brand optometrist was a good idea (it was not - they gave me glasses that caused me severe headaches for over a year.). I had no insurance, but decided that paying cash to Dr Carlton was well worth my health and the health of my eyes! His office even explained to me why my old glasses caused me the headaches. My family will not go to another eye doctor now.

Dr Williams is a kind and compassionate. He is our family eye doctor. He expains everything to you and takes time to make sure you understand. His office staff is top notch as well.

I have been a patient with Dr Carlton since 2004 and I have not had a single complaint. The staff members are very friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining what my insurance covers and choosing a frame from their large selection. Scheduling my appointment was super easy because they worked around my schedule and provided great customer service.
