Me and my friend went there the other day for a car wash. We went outside after we made the payment to check to see if our car was done. We could see that the people who cleaned and dried the cars were soooooo lazy, they were acting like they really didn't want to be there. After they finished cleaning the cars, we saw that there were so many dirt marks on the car. When we brought it to their attention, they were angry and just wiped it with a nasty remark - "Oh god, u kidding me" . Also the inside of the car was soo dirty. It didn't look like they did anything. I'm never ever going to this garbage and take s#$& from this nasty trash people again. I would recommend you all to boycott this place and instead go down the street to Dikes road on Shell gas Station. They are much better service and better price too.

I am a mother of 2. I took my SUV for a car wash an I I had my car seat left in the back seat. One of the employees came rushing in and screamed at me for leaving my child seat and baby bottle in the car. I told them to shove off and took my car and left. Who do they think they are? They are cleaning cars only making couple of bucks an hour, and they are showing me attitude?

I have to tell you, this is by far the WORST car lube and wash I have been to. The employees hardly do any work. They even scratched my dashboard with their ring. One of the guy actually asked me if I placed tip in the tip box. I would NEVER go there again.

I had the worst experience here at the Pembroke Pines Branch. These guys had sens me a coupon for an oil change. The original price was supposed to be $29, but with the coupon it was supposed to have been $ 25.00. After I went to pick up my car, I showed them my coupon, The Asian looking lady(who was very very rude) at the counter looked at the coupon and changed the price that she had there. When I saw the invoice Iwas shocked to see she charged me $36.00 after 4 dollar discount. When i asked her about it, she said that I drive a Honda and that Honda's use expensive oil...Yeah Right... When I asked to talk to a manager he came rushing in with a big attitude and started yelling at me saying that he will change the oil to a regular and that i have to be responsible for the damages that incur. I didn't have a choice because these guys can take it back and do something to the car and make it look like it happened because of the oil. So I decided to let it go... But I'm never ever going to go back to that horrible place again

Their service is very quick. In less then 30 minutes, I was in and out of there for my lube. The only thing bad I can say is that they forgot to put the sticker in the window for the date showing when I need it again.
