All of you please report this to the agency that registers reputable businesses. It's very easy, you can make a report online. You can put what you posted here. We all put money into the economy and I think we all owe it to one another to help when things like this happen. Businesses with integrity and decent business dealings deserve more attention and customers via word of mouth whether online or not.

i was in the car spa today on bay area blvd in webster for an inspection. when i got back into the car i immediately noticed that my GPS system was stolen. it was right in the center of my dash--there was no way i wasn't going to notice it immediately--i was shocked that someone would be so brazen to steal something so obvious. the manager left me waiting for 20 minutes and came back to tell me that he had talked to the guys working on the car and none of them knew anything. and then he sat there like he expected me to say, "oh, okay--never mind then." but, at that point i decided to call the police. the officer spent over an hour interviewing employees and talking with the manager, but of course no one knew anything. the management was so unconcerned about my situation--he was like, "well, how do i know you had a GPS when you came in today?" it was unbelievable to me that one of his employees could have stolen something from me and he was obviously going to just let it go. i left there feeling powerless and ripped off.

Went to Car Spa for my brand new vehicle's first oil change. Got home and noticed that they did not put the air filter back in nor did the tech replace the screws on the cover. During the free car wash, they removed my antenna with pliers knocking the black finish off and making dents on the antenna. The back windshield wiper was taped down and during the process of the wash----several scratches were noted in the paint.

I recently got gas here and the following day my car begin to smoke. The mechanic said it was bad gas. The cost to repair my car is over $8400.00. Car Spa representative has ignored my complaint and has not repaired my vehicle. After sharing my story, I found that this has happened to others as well. Problems with bad gas, not putting on the cap after oil changes, and bad customer service. Save yourself problems and avoid at all cost.
