No return visit
My experience was not quality service based on honesty.
I purchased a mini-detail and hand-wax for $45. What I believe I received was a trip through an automatic car wash including wax (noted by the residue on my windshield), and a partial vacuum.
When the vehicle was supposedly ready for pick-up, a black scuff mark on the exterior (discussed when I dropped off the car) still showed. In my experience that would have easily been removed with a cleaner wax.
It was not until the next day that I was able to see the condition of my car in daylight. The exterior was not very clean. Seats and floors were still dirty (a pecan and tiny rocks on the floor; other particles on the seats). Windows were still dirty. The rear view mirror and side mirrors were not clean and the front cup holder was not wiped out. (That was done when I went back the next morning and asked if I had to pay for a full detail in order to get the cup trays wiped out.) The car did not even appear to be hand washed, much less hand waxed.
I decided to give them a chance to correct the matter. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to a manager and asked for a partial refund ($20.00 for the wax), he said he would ask the owners. No one called me back. I am returning to cleaning my own car and would not recommend Car Butler to anyone.
