Went to Capriccios for the music of my friends band "2ofUS" and
Went to Capriccios for the music of my friends band "2ofUS" and thought I would arrive early and have dinner. The service, the dinner and the upper staff was unsatisfactory. I ordered the Agagosta Thermidor ($35 I might add) and there was absolutely no taste what so ever. The so called sauce tasted as if it was just the water used to steam the seafood and asparagus. My family is from the de Marche region in Italy which is near Tuscany and I can tell you the owners and head chef should take a reality check. I wanted to bring my son that evening. Glad I did not as he studies at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. and is serving his winter internship at the Boca Raton Resort. The best however was the band. These guys took away an unpleasant evening!

Classy Italian
I love Italian food but equally important is the ambience and service. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. Great customer service and atmosphere greeted me immediately. I'm from New Orleans where great food is abundant. Capriccio's got it matched. The portions are very generous, well prepared and of course delicious. This is a unique place which recognizes that its customers are unique and treats each one special. The chef will even make up a dish according to your wishes. What a place.
