Capri Laguna is the place to go for affordable rates and great location . The staff has always been friendly and there is plenty to do in reasonable walking distance . The rooms have not been maintained that well but to me it never mattered because I am either on the beach , out having drinks at one of the many great night spots or shopping in all the antique boutiques along PCH ...

We found what we thought was a great deal on the internet. The view was truly unbelievable, but everything else was substandard. We entered the hotel to find the lobby a mess and then had to haul our luggage down 5 different levels of staircases to reach our room which smelled like old mildewed food and was shaped like a coffin. A very cheap "redo" on this older hotel. Our draperies were shredded, the carpet filthy and there was no airconditioning (I should have read the fine print more carefully) and we had a sliding glass door that we could not leave open because of security issues, so we slept in stifling conditions. I cannot recommend this place to anyone for any reason other than they totally delivered on the view. Million dollar view in a stinky, gross hotel!‎

It has no air condtioning, my room had black ants all over the counter in kitchen area and cochroach in night stands I was bummed for the money and the very well need vacation it was gross. The beach surrounding the Inn is beautiful. ...
