Do not rent or work for these money hungry, control freaks unless you want to have a miserable deal. There buildings are ready to fall down, they don't do any maintenance unless maybe the county tells them to and even then, they will probably get around it. They hire people to clean but never follow up to see if they are doing their job. They don't because they don't care. All he wants is more millions. No body can work longer then 2 weeks because they are impossible to work for and keep your sanity, or any morals or values. I hope everybody leaves their buildings and he finds out what it's like to struggle in life and be close to having nothing!!!! Probably won't happen since he sells cars to people like Jerry Seinfield! So don't work or rent from Hitler unless you are a little Hitler!
