I personally do not recommend this Dealership to anyone. I am having nothing but a bad experience with the whole dealership. It started the moment I purchased the car (which was recently) and then is carrying thru to using their Service Dept. I am VERY SORRY TO HAVE BOUGHT A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! Some of my complaints are they proud themselves to be #1 in Service which I swear isn't true. If I ask a question, I get different stories from the Service guys and no one seems to on the same page. None of them are consistent. How can a person TRUST BRINGING THEIR CAR TO THEM, WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THE SAME ANSWER FROM THE SERVICE PEOPLE. Plus a couple of them were very RUDE to me when I spoke with them. This is my first ownership of a Nissan and I do like my car, but I must say that I wouldn't ever buy from this Dealership again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM CAPITAL NISSAN (even though they like my car) AND HOW DIFFICULT AND RUDE THEY CAN BE.

THEY ARE NOT NUMBER '1' IN MY BOOK SO DON'T BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISING!

I had my other car serviced there and it had a problem the other Nissan dealer could not fix. At Capitol they not only fixed it but managed to get it covered under warranty somehow.

I really like the service department . I have been going there for years and have allways been treated well.

I was so proud - right out of high school and had finally saved up enough money to put a down payment on my 1st car... Mom took me to capitol Nissan and I found a simple yet nice Sentra. The saleman knew this was my first car and he was great - when we test drove the car he was so patient with the fact that I was bad with a stick but didn't complain or anything when I stalled it many times - mom just laughed. He worked to get me a good deal and mom proudly drove my new car home until I learned how to drive a stick without stalling all the time LOL If I am ever in the market for another Nissan I will go back here for sure.
