You can call in, but these guys do not show up on time. I had a appoint to be at and called well in advance to get a taxi. My driver was very late and very unprofessional. The prices are high and the driver added more money to my bill saying the meter has been broken and it doesn't add up right. The back of the cab smelled terrible and the people were just rude. Do not use if you can avoid it.

Excellent service: I used Capitol City Taxi for the first time yesterday and it was a very good experience. The dispatcher was friendly and patient and the driver was wonderful. I will continue to use this taxi service instead of Yellow Cab.

Horrendous service: By far the most unprofessional taxicab service I have ever encountered. I have learned my lesson about using an "offbrand" taxi service ... I will always stick with Yellow Cab. Capital City Taxi does not show up when scheduled and their dispatchers are wholly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
