What Service?????‎
I needed a rubber product. When I went in the guy behind the counter said go thru that door its on the right. I ask that door that says employee's only? "Yep, that's the one". They had several sizes of the material... but not the one I needed. He was now visiting with another employee. I said, you dont have the size I need and ask about another source to find it.. the other guy said, "Capitol Rubber".. and they both laughed.. I went back to work and ordered it on line... I'm sure for a lot cheaper...I will do everything in my power to never go there again. Rude, lazy and smart mouths that I dont need. My business would not last three days if my employees spoke to customers as they did. They are big enough they dont care. Former Customer‎
