Worst sales experience
We went to buy my son a car and were insulted by Gordon the sales rep. He greeted us and as soon as he thought we were not buying right then he left us standing there with his card and moved on to the next customer. I couldn't believe it. They must not value customers very much. We did buy a car that day just not from Capitol.

Worst experience ever by crv 2. at InsiderPages
Worst experience ever, price negotiation will make you sick in a mater of few min. I bought my new CR-V 2008 several ours later from another dealership not to mention much cheaper from what they want in Capital. They also pushing overpriced extra accessories including outrages installation charge (they install it without asking future customers on all new vehicles and add em to the total cost) to make a huge profit from something customer don??????t even need or want right away. All sales stuff I??????ve dealing with are liars with pitbull attitude. If you like to be ripped off and humiliated ?????? it is a place for you.

Won't do business unless profit > $5k
Outright insulting. Avoid at all cost.
I went out to buy used car at Capitol Honda. The sales guy wasn't ready to talk about Accords which were below '00, since I had a low budget of around $12-13K. As I was about to depart, came the final words: We see lot of people like you who like what we offer and not sure what they want. What. I couldn't believe. he also said couple of other things. Bottomline, avoid this dealership, pretty bad experience. I could see that they want at least $5000 out of every deal, if you are not ready to pay, then better get lost.

Toyota guys, next door were not bad, though I couldn't find a car there too.

Editing my post, Just saw that somebody else also had similar experience. Looks like they are trained to insult people who are leaving.

Bad service
You know how mushroom is grown? They were kept in the dark and given b_shit. The adviser gave me a mushroom report on what was done to my car. My 2 month old car battery went dead after 1 week of sitting in my garage, they told me nothing was wrong with it and that is just normal.

AWFUL service advisor and service!
I have a 2004 Honda Accord and I just had my 30K major service performed. After the service, I checked my coolant level at home and saw that it was below the minimum level line. I called up my service advisor Dan Rhodas, who gave me some bogus excuse saying that it was low was because I checked it when my car was cooled down. He told that if I drove it for awhile, the level should go above the minimum mark. But the fact is I checked the coolant level right after I drove the car home from the dealership! Anyways, I told him that I am coming in and I would like my coolant filled to a satisfactory level and I asked when it would be a good time to do so. He told me that anytime before 4PM that day would be good. Well, when I went in to the dealership, they said I had to wait 45 minutes before someone can take a look at it. ALL I WANT IS MY COOLANT TO BE FILLED, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN PART OF THE MAJOR SERVICE THAT I PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR! Anyways, I told the service guy that I had called earlier and that's all I need. Finally, they came out and filled it up! I am wondering what else did they promise to do in their major service and not do.

They also performed a battery test and determined that my battery failed and that I need a new one. I called several times to confirm the fact that all I need to do is drop off and pick up a new battery from the dealership at 50% off because Honda covers 50% of the battery cost if the battery is less than three years old. Well, it was a totally different story when I arrived at the dealer. Not only can I not pick up the battery, but I had to perform another (but exactly the same) test at an extra cost, pay for 50% of the battery cost, and the labor!
