I really appreicate how helpful all of the service advisors are to me. I am a women and it is pretty intimidating when I think of what to get for my vehicle. They are awesome... never have they tried to sell me something that I dont need. They actually save me money.. Thanks Capistrano Ford‎

My battery died, and I was towed there, my insurance said service dept was open until 9pm (the door at the dealership says 12!), but they closed at 5. So I had it looked at the next day, service light comes on in my car. ...

I will *NEVER* go back to this dealership! My battery died, and I was towed there, my insurance said service dept was open until 9pm (the door at the dealership says 12!), but they closed at 5. So I had it looked at the next day, service light comes on in my car. I brought it back again and they refused to look at it without charging me, EVEN THOUGH THE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN THEY WORKED ON IT! Oil change took 2 hours, they lost my keys, so I called asking they be fed-ex'd overnight to me. The tech was INCREDIBLY rude and told me that if I ever came back he would demand an apology before looking at my car again because he knew I was wrong! I later found my keys under the passenger seat of my car?! Had a friend of a friend looked at the check engine light, and it had to do with ERC (sp?) emissions, so he popped the hood only to find that they had UNPLUGGED A CABLE in my engine! He plugged it back in for me and the light is cleared. NEVER AGAIN.
