Capezio has the best brands of dance wear and shoes. This place is top knotch quality. If you want to wear the best then Capezio it is. The thing that sucks about this place is that its SO EXPENSIVE! You will be breaking the bank by coming here. I'm talking over the top expensive! Shirts and pants are around $40 EACH and the shoes start at $50. I bought a beautiful pair of pointe shoes that were almost $100. I got the referral to go to another dance store and the exact same shoes I bought were going for $58. That $42 difference made a huge impact considering I could have gotten tights and legwarmers. The employees are nice and the store does have a huge selection but its simply not worth coming shopping at. Even when they have their sales, its still the most expensive store in San Diego to get dance items at. I'd steer away.

I would recommend other places than Capezio. They are one of the most overpriced dance stores I have been to. Shopping online is so much easier and the prices are lower.

Located at UTC, Capezio is a very convenient place to buy dance clothes and shoes. They have every kind of dance shoe you could think of from ballet shoes to tap shoes to character shoes to ballroom dancing shoes with lots of others in between. Their prices are a bit steep though.

My 8 year old decided she wanted to give up ballet and try tap. This is the best place to find all your dance needs. Capezio has a wide selection and we found what we needed.

Great big selection of dance wear ranging from shoes, leotards, wraps, and bags. This particular store though has been well known to have horrible cutomer service.
