i took my 1998 chevy truck to candrell car car,to get my brakes and a/c look at. dan the district manger was their, he greeted me very professionally, Dan asked me what problems i was having, i told him and he wrote them down and took me to work, dan told me he would call and let me know what was going on. after a couple of hours dan called and explained was going on with my truck & explained the price it told him to fix the problem. it was fixed right the first time & i would highly recommed them. dan told me if i ever have a problem or need anything eles let him no.

I took my car into Candrell's because my Service Engine soon light came on in December 2007. They fixed the problem then 1-2 days later the car began to make noises, another huge bill later it was supossedly fixed again, the 1-2 days later the noise came back, another large bill later the noise finally was fixed. Total bill was over $2700.00.

Fool me once shame on you, well fooled this idiot twice because I took my car back in September 2008 for another service engine soon light. Different problem. Almost $1200.00 later it was fixed, then1-2 days later a new noise. $729.00 later supposedly fixed again. 1-2 days later - new noise. They do fix the Service Engine Soon light or at least turn it off, but then they do something to your vehicle to see to it you come back and pay more money.

Took my truck in for AC work in July. They fixed it fast and the first time at the price they quoted. I felt like they were fair and honest and wouldn't hesitate to take a vehicle back there.

When i dropped my vehicle off to get my power steering pump, my 4 wheel drive high, and my clutch looked at they said they'd call me by the end of the day and let me know something. I finally called two days later and they said i should come in and talk to them. When i showed up, they pushed two and a half pages pages of suggested repairs in my face totalling over $4,700!!! I told them i couldn't afford it right then and to go ahead and repair everything that was still covered under my warranty, which totalled to $1,400. 5 days later, I get a phone call saying my vehicle is ready to be picked up and they asked how will I be paying for all of the repairs. I told them the warranty should have covered all the repairs, and they replied the warranty now only covered just over $200!!! The best part, they performed the two and half pages of repairs and expected me to pay for it or they would be taking my vehicle from me. Go ANYWHERE but HERE!!!
