I own property at 17086 monte grande dr. soulsbyville, ca. I am renting the property. I was told by ron that I would recieve a refund of $256.00. I called and closed the account on November 18th 2008. I don't live in the area so a credit doesn't work. I called Jan. 6th and talked to Ron. He told me that I would recieve a refund.
