We chose Dr. Campbell as our daughter's orthodontist and could not be more pleased. We went to him for a second consult as the first said that we were looking at having teeth pulled . . . yikes! His approach, and I'm no doctor, was, in my opinion, much more "cutting edge." He said that he could create space without having to pull teeth, which would benefit my daughter in later years. Now, on the other side of treatment, my daughter has a PERFECT, beautiful smile, and we are thrilled. We financed through his office and the terms were exactly as promised. I have to say how great this practice is. I was a patient for the last three years and will truly miss going to see this staff on my routine treatments. They were absolutely attentive to my needs and concerns. My parents took me to Dr. Eric Campbell despite the poor references of his practice; that was a mistake. Dr. Campbell operates a "bait-n-switch" operation. He gets you in with a reasonable price but what you later learn is that you will pay more in the end. He fronts to be very friendly until you question him on his practice and then he turns into a little devil and you just want out. His contract is setup to advantage him and abuse you. I feel bad for my parents who got shafted. We transferred to a different ortho practice where we have been happy so far.‎

Without getting into a really long explanation, let me just day Dr. Campbell is running a money scam. Despite a clear contract, voiding fees, since I paid up front ($5000+), his office made unauthorized charge to my VISA. He made bogus claims to support the charges. Fortunately, the contract was clear so the bank refunded the unauthorized charges to me but I wonder how many patients would never have caught the unauthorized charges Dr. Campbell sneaks in. Because of all the up selling and questionable work, we have changed Ortho's and I would advice all you to avoid his offices in Raleigh, NC and Creedmorr, NC.‎
