Love this store! Have so much selection and wonderful service. They were able to answer every question I had and were genuine and caring in their responses.

Not many "camera" stores have as large a selection of products as Camera Mart. The staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't appear to be rushing things or upselling. I was very glad to find they carry lower cost E-TTL flashes in addition to the official Canon flashes - really helpful to my budget, and provides a bit more assurance that I bought what I need, and will get the local service I need than purchasing online. After describing my needs and usage, they quickly suggested a set of products, showed how they worked together, and the cost was less than I was expecting after pricing things online. Very, very happy with Camera Mart.‎

I went in and bought a remote switch for my Canon. I specifically asked the salesman what is their return policy. He looked me in the eyes and said:"100% within alotted time which is 14 days". Went home and checked the receipt it had on it 15% restocking fee I called them and they told me no problem if I want to return it and the 15% depends on how used the equipment is. Checked the internet, the same part was 22.00 usd cheaper. Camera mart was 68 dollars and Amazon 46.00. over 30 % mark up. Went back to return it after 7 days in unpacked condition the same guy that assured me there is no restocking fee wanted to charge me 15% restocking. After I explained to him that he was the one selling to me he start shouting at me and finally gave the 100% refund and told me to never go to his store. I'll never set foot in that store, overpriced and non professional.‎

I went here for camera repair and also an additional charger. They helped with both and I was thrilled. My camera was sent out for proper repairing adn the price was fair. My other camera needed a very special charger, they found it. I just had to wait for the special order, but it was worth it. They also have several books on photography. And any camera accessory you can think of. The parking lot is always full. The guys behind the counter were helpful. I will go back again for sure.

Camera Mart is a great place for camera help and purchases of cameras and or photography equipment. I find that this camera store which has survived the big box onslaught has been a breath of fresh air. You can depend on assistance, understanding your purchase, by a qualified salesperson. I have bought all my photo equipment here and have returned my times for updated equipment. They also have a full service photo department for digital and film developed.
