Not as bad as the reviews said‎
I went into the store expecting really bad service based on the other reviews and was pleasantly surprised to find they were off. Now the store does seem to be run by a few older gentleman, but when I went in I was greeted immediately and asked if there was anything they could help me with. These are guys that know what they are talking about, but if you are a little clueless they can seem a bit.. brusque. My advise is if you are going to go make sure to bring your camera in case there is any confusion. But they do have a nice selection (most of it is behind the counter so it doesn't walk off) and they do a lot of printing and post-processing work. I'd go back there again to buy more equipment, so at least give it a try.‎

Astonishingly bad service!‎‎
I whole-heartily agree with Josh{below}. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE "EVER" ENCOUNTERED!!!! Not only was I treated horribly. ALL of the OLD MEN that work there are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Totally unprofessional! I actually thought I'd give a little mom and pop place my business. That was a wrong choice. I will continue to shop at reputable larger corporation business's in the future. I am always treated 100% nicer and that's worth it in itself! I will NEVER return to this store and I shall spread the word about how they treat their customers.‎
