They are our tech department and havve been for 4 years! We wouldnt think of going anywhere else! Most of our Dr's and employees use them for home service too! So should you!

Had been having wireless problems which could not be solved by another service which brought 2 pieces of equipment and spent 5 hours trying to make them work. Required a knowledge of relationship between the equipment provided by internet provider, the construction challenges of the building, the various wireless and connectivity wishes of three independent family users, and the type of equipment available for solution. CAM's representative carefully thought through the respective issues and challenges, offered the homeowner 2 approaches: one required reconfiguiring by the internet provider which was unsure it could accomplish the task in this neighborhood and would take 4 weeks to get to it., and the other a "work around" the provider's equipment. Homeowner opted for second approach and CAM's representative methodically established solution, intalled it and tested against all 3 laptops and in evey room, and solved other problems like software questions while working. Very careful listener to client's needs, very polite, professional, personable, and effective.

Mike Bowers is fantastic. He diagnosed my computer problem accurately over the phone, after two other repair shops failed to do so after examining the computer in person. He then fixed my computer quickly and I have not had a problem since.

I'd like to note that the one bad review is from someone who did not even use Mike/CAM Technologies. Why, then, are they writing a review?

I contacted CAM based on the reviews here. I had an old laptop that was running very slow and wanted someone to take a look at it. The tech who came out was very pleasant, but the result terribly poor. The tech ran a host of spyware programs (which given the speed of the computer ran extremely slowly). After two hours we agreed that it was not worth $100+ an hour for the tech to sit there while the last spyware program was run, especially since he was confident it would work. A few hours after he left the spyware program he installed was finished and rebooted the computer. Now as soon as the laptop logs in to windows it immediately logs out - thus the laptop is completely unuseable. When I called the tech to tell him of the problem he suggested I do a total reinstall of the hard drive. However, after doing some research (using the new laptop I purchased) I found this to be a rather common error that is caused by certain malware detection programs such as the one the tech ran on my computer. Unfortunately, I have still not been able to fix my laptop.

So in the end I spent $200 for a tech to turn my slowly running laptop into one that will not even load windows!! Will not use this company again.
