The mother board on my three year old computer got fried by an electrical surge, even though I used a surge suppressor. I called and spoke with Alex and instead of him trying to talk me into repairing my computer he said "In all honesty, you can get a new computer for about the same price as it would cost to repair your old one." He also told me the name of a place where I might be able to sell the parts from the old computer. I take great stock in a truthful person and will keep his name and number on file for the future. Way to go Richard!

My 4 year old Dell desktop finally succumbed to some nasty viruses. Could not get the OS to fully load at all. I considered getting a new one but thought I'd try the fix first. And I'm thrilled I did. Anatoly did a fantastic job of bringing my system back to new and gave me some good advice on anti virus software (mind you I already had the paid AVG subscription on there! It just didn't block the 'stronger' viruses) Not to mention their service was affordable. Very pleased indeed.

stopped by the caltechsys to fix my computer. The technicians there are very friendly and considerable. They told me that My computer was too old and not worth to fix it. Now they can solve my problem through the internet. I don't need to carry the computer to the store anymore. That's awesome!!‎
