This is the BEST vet I have ever been to! Everyone there is amazing and very friendly. Our dog got attacked by a bobcat one day. I called (while sobbing on the phone) and told them the situation. They said to bring him and they would be waiting for me at the side door. As soon as I pulled up there was 3 or 4 people there waiting and carried him inside. They did an amazing job and helped keep me calm. There was no extra charge for having an emergency visit. My sister-in-law took her dog to a different vet in town and they charged her $500 for an emergency office visit! This vet is ALWAYS CLEAN and VERY FRIENDLY! They called the next couple of days to check on my dog and to see how things were going. They really do care about you and your animals. I highly recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!

I have been going to Callfield Companion Animal Clinic since it first opened. They have given me nothing but the best care of my animals. I had 3 cats and 3 dogs. Unfortunatly 2 of my cats passed away last year, but it was Dr Elisa Spears who kept them alive as long as she did. My Sammie was 24 years old (yes, that is human years) when she passed on, and Dr Spears was the one that helped her go on to her next life. I couldn't have asked for a better vet. Compassion is sometimes hard to come by, but I know I can get it here. Dr Spears still takes care of my one cat and 3 dogs and I trust her completely with all of my vet needs. You can't go wrong with this clinic.

Callfield Companion will only let you buy prescription medications through their office or their online pharmacy. If you try to purchase medications through a reputable, licensed pharmacy, such as 1-800-Pet-Meds, they will claim they are unable to guarantee the source and quality of the medication. This obviously a ploy to make more money at the cost of the consumer, and is unethical. The AVMA principles of ethics say that a veterinarian should, at a client's request, authorize prescriptions instead of only selling the medication themselves. I will be switching to a different veterinarian to save $75 on my dog's medications, but more importantly, to associate with an office that is ethical.

This is the best animal clinic I have ever been to. The office is always clean and never smells like an animal clinic. The staff and doctors are all very friendly and take very good care of the pets. We have used them for years and always receive the best care you can get.

This clinic is by far, the best in Wichita Falls, but I would go so far as to say in Texas. They truly care about the animals. The staff always smiles when we come in and they are truly there for the pets. It is very easy to get in to see one of their great vets. Dr Schmidt made a lasting impression on me when she got down on her knees, to make my dog more secure, less afraid, on her first visit when getting her shots.
