We were treated like we had caused the problem a brand new bike was having with a fuel and idling problem. The rebuilt the carbs and sent us on our way but the bike was still not running well. Idle was at 5000 rpm on choke and would die instantly with choke off. Brought it back where service advisor Adam was nothing but accusatory about us not riding it enough. He said it was our fault and went on to say it is always the customers fault in this situation. Turns out the fuel line was kinked and the bike was starved for fuel. Not our fault!. We did not even get an apology just a matter-of-fact your bike is ready for pick-up. We will not be taking our business back to Callaway and I will make sure to share my experience with all of my friends who ride.

Great Experience
I bought a couple of youth quads for my kids this Christmas. Not only is Callaway Motorsports my local dealership but they did me right on the price too. Since I was buying two units I thought I could get a better deal. I might have been able to save some money traveling all over Southern California but it was worth it to give Callaway Motorsports my business. They areVERY friendly and treated me like a buyer even though I'm a girl. Two thumbs way up. Thank you Callaway Motorsports!!!!

The salesman ... by Brenda L. at InsiderPages
was rude. I was ready to buy immediately, and the salesman was so arrogant that I took my business elsewhere. There is no reason to deal with anyone like that!
