The store has a great location overlooking the airport with the vinyl separated into easy to find sections. If a staff member doesn't know the answer to a customers question, they will make sure to find the one who does. (The staff is specialized per style of music ie. House, Hip-Hop, Disco, Drum & Bass etc...)
Pros: Rental & Repair Department is helpful and professional
Cons: When ordering special order equipment it can take a couple of weeks or longer
