We have used them for 8 years for my disabled daughter's supplies and meds. With some bad experiences (like any place during all that time) but mainly the service has been good. Once I was so discouraged that I tried changing providers. I could not find anyone else in the whole LA area to deal with the complicated insurance billing of MediCal and CCS. I love the door step delivery of all the heavy and bulky stuff we needed monthly. I read the previous comments and have to agree with some, but also I have to say that the customer service and attitude of the staff has improved greatly in the past year. They started to deliver our monthly supplies and meds without me even calling the order in and when I'd call they were so polite and caring.
Thanks CMP staff for being part of Stefani's short life.
