Avoid this company at all costs. They do a horrible job in trying to get the project done right, they don't measure correctly and then don't work with the customer to try and resolve issues. The owner literally hung up on us when trying to work out our issue, and continually insulted and berated us (the customer). Avoid at all costs, their price can be low - you get what you pay for.

I am amazed that these three beautiful women that work in the office of California Laminated Products are accused of such nonsense. I have been working with this company for two decades and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I have purchased over 100 kitchen counter tops from them. We had a problem with a couple of them which you would expect in the twenty + years I have been doing business with them. They were corrected free of charge (even the ones that were my fault) These are great people. I noticed these same two complaints are posted on every website they could find. Come on guys don't you have anything else better to do. Two complaints in 25 years of business BIG WOOP!

I am a contractor and have been working California Laminated Products for 15 plus years! I have had nothing but great experiences with them.... That why after looking at a review on here i had to tell everyone how great of an experience i had with them. They are nothing but friendly, efficient and offer grat pricing!! I have seen multiple office staff changes and many workers come through their shops and had nothing but great services with them! They really do have good workmanship and truly have facilitated my success! Im sorry to hear that one person had a bad experience but im 100% sure this is not how they do business! The one bad review on here must have brought this on themselves! And im sure that CalLam did not do everything wrong that this one bad customer said they did!!! Who ever reviews this, im 100% sure will be satisfied with their work! Take it from me, a contractor who has been working with them (not for them) for a very long time!!! I even tell my customers about them!

I just had California Laminated do my kitchen and wanted to give them a compliment for everything. The one review I read that was bad, must of went to a different company. Or some people have nothing better to do than type up lies. My kitchen turned out beautiful and I have made new friends. It sure shows that their staff knows their jobs along with the trade. I now look forward to holidays and gatherings, so I can show off my beautiful kitchen. Thank You California Laminated!!!

I can not list all the problems I had with California Laminated Products! They left our kitchen unfinished, yet charged us full price. We had to hire another contractor to correct the errors and damage that they left. I complained to them in writting, the business bureau and the California State License Board. After winning our arbitration the board does not list our complaint if the contractor has paid the award to their satisfaction. These are the things I wish I would have done better: get everything in writing down to drawer glides and prices for every item, compare quotes, videotape everything included the measure (they did not measure correctly leaving my kitchen permenantly off center), email everything so there is a record, only pay for work done. I wish I would have gone elsewhere!
