The hospital is incredibly understaffed, and the waiting time at the ER will easily take over 2-3 hours unless you have a limb sticking out of your head. The overworked nurses and employees are naturally quite irritable and the doctors are nowhere to be seen. I guess you could consider making an appointment here, but under no circumstances should you come to this hospital in an emergency. Try Good Samaritan a couple blocks down.
