Service gets better with time-40+ years!
Dr. Frietas walked with me with eight dogs over a period of time. My last, best memory was when we had moved to Hayward and someone poisoned our Dobie. We came all the way back to Dr. Freitas. He peacefully helped our girl to cross over while we held her paws and loved her. He closed his office for 30 minutes so we could grieve alone.
This man remembers me when I stop for a visit 41 years later.

Dr. Freitas and his staff are the best. They genuinely care about animals and will not milk you for money. I have only received the best advice and care for my animals. I have run in to others at the dog park, who have coincidently have used their services they only have nice things to say as well. I have a yellow lab who was suffering a horrible hot spot on his face from an allergic reaction. He only charged me $10.00 for an exam and gave me home remedies to try. After some extra tlc he is as good as new. See review on petsmart banfield from me.

My dog is a girl named Tasia and I got her from the SPCA in oakland in 2002 she is a bull mix , I called one of the doctors there a few months ago and he said to change her diet to a better food which I did to Purina Dog Food and there was change at first I also have a boy who is also pit mixed I saved this dogs life have had him since 2005 he also was losing his hair but now is fine but the girl is still suffering from this hair lose I do also believe that she might have an ear infection,since then I been in auto accident am disable I don't have a way to the vet and not sure if I have enough money to pay for treatment
