Bad Customer service.
Called A-Copy last week to service color laser copier that we have leased from them. Told them we needed new cartridges for critical presentations we have to be complete the following week. They said no problem, they would have cartridges in two days. a week later, nothing!
Called this morning to confirm that it would be completed....no call back.
Called again this afternoon and spoke with greg. He basically said he "ordered" the cartridges when he was asked to. No solution, no call back. Basically made his inability to perform my loss to deal with.
Called back to speak with Lance Ross, I understand he is the President of A-Copy, greg answered and conveniently, Lance was not available.
I am one of the partner's and I know my Customer's don't except this level of service.
This will likely end in several hundred dollars wasted at Fed-ex/Kinko's because "he did the best he can" ....... and made the rest our problem.
Not a happy Customer.
