Would NEVER EVER use them again! They have NO back up doctor or emergency plan and Steve the Office Manager was VERY RUDE cancelled both my daughters appointments one with a broken baby tooth simply needing the rest of it pulled out before they left out of state for 2 months the following day. Why? The sterilizer broke and the doctor was not going to come all the way from Hayward for my daughter - cancelled my appointment at 6pm leaving me just the next day to find a doctor Steve the office manager wanted to lecture me and was very arguementive with his mightier than thou attitude!! Unbelievable! to make maters worse when I called back for him to fax a confirmation regarding the short notice in cancelling he wanted to lecture me some more and than cutt me off when I was trying to give him my fax number to say he was calling my insuranced to cancel my coverage! What a you know what!!! so now I have no cancel confirmation like I am going to trust him and have to take time off work to find a dentist ASAP - save your self the pain and don't use this office!
