I booked this maid service a week in advance to clean up in advance of a party I was throwing at my house. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, and I had to scramble to find someone else at the last minute. DON'T USE THEM!

After telling the cleaning people not to use abrasive on my stainless steel stove with enamel coated stove top I came in to find them using pumice! The surface is scratched and can not be repaired. To make matters wose, the vaccuum was broken and left my carpets looking and smelling terrible. The mirrors and windows were left streaky, the bathroom shower was not cleaned in areas not immediately visible and the bedmaking left a lot to be desired. I paid for a detail service which included cleaning the cobwebs as well and they're still there. I called the company and was told I could have them come back and finish the cleaning where I was dissatisfied, but what about the stove, that was the worse!!! They offered no compensation for the damage. $180 spent and hundreds of dollars in damage left behind. Need I say more?
