I have been coming to CCI for over 2 years - my therapist has been wonderful in guiding and navigating me in the areas I wanted and needed help. She has been available at times when I was in 'crisis-mode', and after each session I was able to step back and re-evaluate the situation calmly and clearly. I have reinforced my skills in communication through my work with her, and she has helped me understand my behavior and the behavior of the people close to me, who are a part of my daily life. The environment of CCI is warm and welcoming, calming. Whenever I walk in the door I immediately feel a sense of calm, healing energy, and peace. The staff is friendly without being intrusive. I highly recommend speaking to any of the therapists at CCI, visiting their office, and looking at their website.‎

This is a great therapy group in the Richmond District. I sought counseling here for several years and have referred many people since then. Unlike many counseling groups, this one was less "clinical" and very "wholistic" in their approach. That's not to say the therapists are all New Age air-heads.... all licsensed clinicians trained in all the standard schools of thought (Jung, etc.) - - - but they have a very human approach that encourages the client to draw on all their emotional. physical and spiritual resources as a part of healing. Very special counseling work done here ......and excellent "clinical" care too !
