Look folks as we all know running any kind of business theres always gonna be 1 or 2 times where one may run into a problem.All one can do is make the customer feel comfortable and get the issue resolved a.s.a.p.I've been around the automotive business for about 35 yrs and the stockton auto center car wash is well on there way to being a 1st rate operation.

I have been using this car wash for 15 years. They do an excellent hand wash on my Jaguar, and my husband uses their full service wash for his Mercedes. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the wash, and we are very fussy about our vehicles. The gift shop is one of the most unique in the area, and I can always find a special gift when one is needed. I was appalled by the negative remarks I saw when looking up their phone number on the web......They must be isolated cases. We also use their oil/lube facility for oil changes and other fluid changes and have never had a problem.

My husband took my BRAND NEW Honda Accord to be HAND waxed...we asked specifically for a HAND wax to be used on our car. When my husband was standing there the guys waxing the car took out a buffer and proceeded to buff my car...not a hand wax at all. They did a quick and crappy job, they do not pay attention to detail and had left tree sap on the car which we paid extra for to be removed. They left swirl marks on the car, and left water marks all over my windows. We paid 60.00 to have it done, I could have done a better job myself. When we pointed out the tree sap and water marks the guys working on our car had no idea what we were saying...he couldn't speak English. ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED MY HUSBAND LEFT AND CALLED THE manager...who was not at all helpful or apologetic, he continued to defend their work and lent no resolution to the matter. I will NEVER EVER go back to them again...if you have a car you cherish do not take it to Stockton Auto Center at all. This place should be closed or operated by better management. The owner should be ashamed to be associated with this business.

The Stockton Auto Center is a pretty good car wash. They are fair in price, but sometimes the guys don't pay enough attention to detail and you may be left with a few smudges. For the most part, they are good, conveniently located on Hammer Lane and fairly priced. Their oil changes are a very good deal and include a car wash.
