this place is too snooty for me....I guess my money is not as good as the next persons....because I wear jeans and t-shirts....would rather buy from Jo-Anns...

This was the second time I have visited this store. 1st experience wasn’t as bad as the second but close. Terrible customer service or should I say lack there of? 2 people at the cash register right in front of the door, they looked up when I walked in but neither greeted me or even smiled. I made 2 full leisurely laps around the store looking at fabrics until someone actually asked if they could help me. I will never go there again.
