I had the Enchiladas Suizas and they were okay, a little bland which made me ask for two extra bowls of salsa for flavor. The lengua tacos were amazing though! I'd stick to the a la carte tacos and beer not only for value, but the because the two tacos for $2.99 each had completely overshadowed the $14.99 plate of bland Enchiladas.
We sat near front of the restaurant and the music was WAY too loud with a horrible sound system. The treble was set so high with no bass and played so loud that I found myself yelling a conversation with my buddy the whole time, and left with a ringing in my ear.
The service was not too great, once we were sat by the anti-social hostess we waited a good twelve minutes before we were serviced, and not once did we get a glass of water.
After receiving the check we waited ten minutes for the server (who didn't have the warmest/polite persona) to pick up the check as she was busy eating cake behind the bar. So I had to physically walk over to the bar tender and ask if I could pay the bill, he then instructed me to wait for my server (who at this point was no where to be found) and wait another few minutes.
My advice is to have the audio system upgraded, and not played so loud in the restaurant/sit down section.
Pros : Really good tacos, great bar atmosphere. Good for party crowd/events.
Cons : Horrible sound system and music played way too loud in the restaurant/sit down section. Servers could be properly trained in timing, and customer service. Plated meals need alot more flavor.
