Cal Prop used to manage my apt building. They were worse then the first manager who ran off with the money. They wouldn't fix anything unless you threatend them. I had to get legal advise before they fixed the outside lights. I can't say how many times we had to complain about the hot water not working becuase the homeless were living in our buildings room with the water tank. My entire bathroom rotted out and got black mold because "I didn't know a think about plumbing" when I complained about the toilet not being on the flange correctly.
Pros : One good thing I can say about them. They had the furnace checked yearly to make sure it was light properly.
