We have to echo several other comments regarding the pleasures of dining at Cafe Roka in Bisbee, AZ. We had a delightful meal of 4 courses, with a glass of wine, with a total bill for two of just $50. We were lucky to get a reservation as they are usually booked solid every night. Bisbee itself is suffering from the economic downturn with some stores closed and many offering discounts of up to 70%. It would appear that the rush of money into the town is drying up, leaving behind overpriced real estate, hotel rooms, and all the rest. Bisbee is worth a visit just for Cafe Roka.‎

Easily some of the best food, and most meticulously prepared meals I've ever had. Of the three dishes ordered; duck, lamb, and salmon, only the salmon was approaching only very good, rather than excellent, which is to be expected of eating fish in the desert. All the food was excellently plated, and the sorbets were fresh. I want to use exquisite and sumptuous as my only adjectives in this review; well worth the price if you're in town and can get a table.
