Cafe Marbella is the best tapas in chicago
For starters, parking is a breeze, and it's along the Peterson and Kimball bus routes. I've passed by this place frequently and finally got the chance to try it while a friend and I were looking for a place to eat..
The owner was super-friendly and the place inside reminded me of many restaurants I ate in while living in Italy and visting Spain.
My friend ordered the squid, which was amazingly good. She even stated it was cleaned very well and was so fresh she could "taste the ocean."
I had a special that day of rice, beef, onions and tomatos cooked in white wine, which was delicious!!!
My next choice was "Escalopes De Cerdo," sauteed pork severed in a sherry sauce. Incredible!!!!!
I also noticed two tables surrounded us with clientel speaking in Castilian Spanish, which is a big plus for this place
