I frequent Northeast Washington State regularly for my work as a network security consultant. After living most of my life in Seattle, I have acquired a taste for fine cuisine. I was on my way to see a client in Spokane and the client mentioned a little restaurant about 50 miles North called "Cafe Italiano" in the city of Colville. I decided to make the drive early on a Saturday morning. When I arrived the restaurant was busy, but I was seated quickly. The breakfast menu was filled with omlettes, stuffed french toast, etc. The aroma that filled the air was mouth watering and after consulting with our waitress Margaret...I chose the stuffed french toast. Margaret was an excellent owner/hostess/server, she had dark long hair, rockin tight body and was always smiling. She was truly a Grecian beauty and one that the Greek Goddess Aphrodite would be proud to call her own. While traveling back from Spokane to Canada my husband and I took a wrong turn and ended up on Wynne street. We noticed the beautiful building and figured we should try it. The interior was immaculate! The food was excellent and arrived in record time! It was also interesting to find out it is the ONLY restaurant in town to be recommended by The "AAA" and "The Best Places in the Northwest" traveling books. Worth every penny, WE WILL BE BACK!!!‎
