Clean and Fresh Food (Breakfast)
My wife is one of the most finickiest eaters I know and she just loved this place (I did too)! The eggs in the omelettes where fluffy and delicious, the vinaigrette on the crisp greens was well balanced, and the crepe nutella (Chocolate) w/bananas was to die for. The portion size of each dish was adequate; we left very satisfied not stuffed. The service was polite and helpful. Mr. Drey, which is one of the owners, took the time to serve our plates and was very kind. The place is a bit small but I believe it adds to the French cafe ambiance. It is bright with natural light and very clean. This is a must for all of you who love clean and fresh food!

The best French Food in Los Angeles
This place has the best French food in Los Angeles. Sure the decore might not be the best, but if you are talking food quality you can't go wrong. The presentation of dishes is beautiful, and the service is second to none. I have been going here for years and will not stop. I am reluctant to review this place because it is so good I don't want to have to worry about getting reservations. Look up the hours before you go they arn't open late on Mondays.

good for casual lunch, food is pretty good, small place
I came here thinking with all the great reviews and "Best" awards, I would be blown away like many others have. Firstly, the place is very casual and bistro like. The wooden tables and chairs are very close together and the restaurant itself is quaint. I believe this is the feeling the owners want though because they wait on you themselves and are very personable. I was surprised they do not have a wine list, being that they are very french, but I guess you can BYOB. The food is very french, good selection, fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a good experience, I had different expectations or it being more romantic and had hoped for a better ambience, perhaps dinner is a different setting.

Everything you order will be great!
My friends and I come here for brunch almost every weekend because we always leave wanting more! The pancakes are delicious, the steak is to die for, the eggs benedict use the best hollandaise sauce, the steak sandich is scrumptous and basically anything else you get will be delightful! The service is wonderful too! Phillippe and Fabien are absolutely lovely and always around. The best thing-- dessert! I have fallen in love with their chocolate mousse and I Never liked chocolate mousse before! From the outside you wouldn't expect much, but you will be pleasantly surprised!

Cute Place, Good Food
Cafe Flore shows its creative flair with a delicious apple and duck ravioli offering. The menu is varied enough with choices for both the pickiest diners to the more adventurous palate, and above all the food is good. The cappuccino is perfect with the cream custard dessert, which came in the cutest little dessert ramakin with a dome-like cover, and the correct portions. It's easy to escape to France when the staff start speaking French, unlike many French restaurants in LA.
