Caddell Turf Management was given the Lawn Maintenance contract for the Saddlebrook Neighborhood in Stone Creek Ranch. Sprinkler Backflows were handled inproperly last winter with damage to srinkler systems. Caddell advised they were repaired but sprinklers are not working and Caddell has not returned phone calls. HOA confirmed that there are issues with responses to residents as well as to the HOA.
