Bad customer service‎
I bought roses for my anniversary, which died after a few days. Cheap roses from Safeway or Costco last twice as long, or longer!! I called because they claim to guarantee their flowers. This guarantee is vaporware, that is to say they don't honor it. They questioned my wife's handling of the roses, and when I was able to state her care to their satisfaction, they then told me that 3 days was all roses will last, which is bullcrap from past experience. AVOID!!!‎
